Dialysis Patient Information
The physicians and staff at The Nephrology Clinic are proud to work closely with the staff at multiple dialysis units located in northern Colorado to ensure the highest quality care for patients with end-stage renal disease.
Services provided at the out-patient dialysis units include in-center hemodialysis and home programs for hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
